The Gospel Right in front of Me

I was working my afterschool job, there was a Bible club end-of-year party, I went through all of the kids and made sure they were in the right group. As I got over to this one kid, I asked him “Are you going to Bible club today?” and he replied, “No my parents do not believe in the Bible or Jesus”. Right then my heart just broke. Eventually, another kid went and was talking to the boy and was sharing the Gospel right in front of me. You never know what people believe or do not believe, But I can assure you that there is always an opportunity to be a light and share the Gospel. That right there was an honest eye-opener.

For those who do not know the Gospel, God sent down His only Son to die on the cross for our sins. He died the death that we were supposed to die. God is so good to us and we are so blessed for the grace that He gives us every single day.

Mark 16:15 “ He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the Gospel to all creation.”

We are all called to talk to others, build relationships, and most importantly share the Gospel. There are people that you pass in the halls, work with at your job, etc. that may be going through the hardest times in their life. We have the gift of life, we have a purpose. Those people need encouragement and hope. Let them know that they are loved by Jesus.
